5K

So my Dad and I recently signed up for a 5k Opening Day at Angel Stadium.  Not long after I receive this email:

Hi Amers,

I signed up for the a 5K in Oro Valley the Sunday before the Angel 5K.  I am doing it as a tune up for our race.  I want to be in absolute tip top condition for my sprint through Angel Stadium.  You better be ready cause I certainly will be.  Are any of your friends doing the Angels 5K also?  I would ask my racing friends to do it, but they would have to fly in from Jamaica.  I will ask Bill Sarrus anyway.  Train hard, you can sleep after the race.
